Job Summary

Our client is a leading technological company seeking experienced professionals to join its organization.

Conduct on-site surveys and deliver end-to-end deployment work: installation testing commissioning routine maintenance for MSoft/MGW/IMS/NGN systems.
Provide customer technical support via remote diagnostics and on-site troubleshooting.
Propose technical solutions and deliver hands-on support for MSoft/MGW/IMS/NGN products.
Operate effectively in a fast-changing environment and perform under pressure.

Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Communication Engineering Computer Science or a related discipline.
Experience: At least 2 years supporting Mobile Core Network equipment with proven system troubleshooting capability.
Technical Foundation: Working knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization.
Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of 3G/NGN/IMS/IP networks and data communications is highly preferred.
Advantage: Hands-on experience with Huawei CS Core products/tools (e.g. iManager U2000 UMG8900 UPCC).
Soft Skills: Strong teamwork communication and interpersonal skills; service-oriented mindset.
Language: Fluent English communication is mandatory.
