Job Summary
ACG3337JOB
Perform radio network planning design and optimization in line with project schedules and technical requirements.
Participate in new site configuration system integration and service validation to ensure network readiness and performance standards.
Monitor network and service quality analyze issues and implement corrective solutions. Prepare technical reports with clear findings and improvement recommendations.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including RAN transmission and core network to resolve technical challenges and enhance overall network quality.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or higher in Telecommunications Computer Engineering Computer Science or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile network systems including 3G 4G or 5G architecture and network topology.
Solid knowledge of radio interfaces protocols signaling and system parameters in at least one technology such as NR LTE or UMTS.
Hands-on experience with radio network planning and optimization tools.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on performance improvement.
Ability to communicate effectively in English or Mandarin.
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks and adapting quickly to change.
Knowledge of databases programming AI or machine learning is an advantage.
Willingness to travel when required.
