This is a remote position.
The Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing coordinating and following up on the companys sales and digital marketing activities. This role supports lead generation sales pipeline management and marketing campaigns ensuring that commercial processes are organized measurable and scalable.
This position combines operational execution commercial follow-up and strategic support for the sales and marketing teams. It is a hands-on role focused on discipline consistency and process adherence not a managerial or leadership position.
The specialist will work closely with internal teams to ensure proper lead handling accurate CRM data effective campaign execution and a smooth transition between sales marketing and post-sale operations.
Requirements
Previous experience in sales marketing or similar commercial roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic to intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written)
High level of organization and follow-up discipline
Results-oriented mindset with focus on meeting objectives
Ability to handle a high volume of tasks and activities
Ability to analyze information and structure priorities effectively
Proactive responsible and process-oriented attitude
Ability to work in digital and remote environments
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools platforms and processes
