About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Lead with strong expertisein Salesforce and Marketing Cloud to lead the architecturedesign and continuous evolution of a complex application ecosystem. Thisis a leadership role with real impact ideal for someone who enjoysbalancing hands-on technical work with strategic decision-making.

You will play a key role in managing technical debtensuring high-quality documentation and overseeing infrastructurechange requests all while collaborating with international teams ina dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud solutions
• Own and manage the Technical Debt Backlog driving continuous improvement
• Produce and maintain technical application documentation
• Review and oversee infrastructure change requests ensuring system stability performance and scalability
• Act as a technical reference for development teams and stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with global and cross-functional teams

Required Skills & Experience (Must Have)

• Degree in Software Engineering Computer Engineering or similar
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead
• Hands-on expertise in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud (Technical Lead level)
• Strong experience in designing complex technical solutions
• Solid knowledge of application technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Quality-driven mindset and commitment to high delivery standards
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
• Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities sector
• Understanding of GDPR principles
• Portuguese and/or Spanish language skills
• Experience working on enterprise or large-scale projects
