The Opportunity
For ourElectrophysiology Division EPwe are currently looking for an ambitious well-skilled professional to join our team in Czechia as a Field Clinical Engineer.This is a regional field-based role requiring daily traveling across the territory of the Czech Republic. Preferred candidate location is within Moravian area.
As a Field Clinical EngineerEPyou will be responsible for providing expert support and advise on the use of theAbbottportfoliowithin Czechia region as well as for the promotion ofAbbottProduct lines through professional technical & clinical supportto both medical andsalespersonnel.
This positions primary function is to support EP procedures clinically and technically. This position is additionally responsible for ensuring that all questions of a technical nature from the field or internal sources are answered in an expeditious manner and reported to the competent authorities withinAbbott.
What Youll do:
- Providing expertclinicalconsultationteachingand support on the use of allEP products and their appropriate application in theclinicalsetting.
- Maintain up to datetechnical and clinical knowledgeof current and new therapies and technologies within thetherapyarea including competitor devices as well as a general understanding of thedynamicsof the country healthcare market.
- Conduct productpresentationsand perform stand duty at exhibitions when requested responding to technical questions that might be raised by the team or customers.
Required qualifications and background:
- Individuals will ideally have the university degree in Biomedical engineering or Science related field.
- Ideallyelectrophysiology/cardiacrhythm management or equivalentclinical experience.
- Cardiac anatomyandphysiologyknowledge would be considered as a strong asset.
- NativeCzechand very good command ofEnglish(both written and spoken).
- Strongproblem-solvingcapabilities and customer-focus.
- A willingness to travel 75% of the time and ability to work autonomously.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Driving license B is a must.
