We are looking for
Quality engineer
at one of our locations in Europe - in Czech Republic
Your tasks:
Managing a small quality team in the production of the assigned section
Collaborating on the development and validation of production processes as well as the implementation of product and process changes
Systematically reducing risks and costs in production collaborating on error prevention
Resolving non-conformities arising internally or externally with customers supporting other departments
Creating quality documentation for process control working with the customer portal
Participating in project meetings P-FMEA sessions and audits
Regular reporting to management
Job requirements
High school or college degree in a technical field is a plus
At least 3 years of experience in a similar customer quality position in the automotive industry
Good command of spoken and written Czech and English; German is a plus
Knowledge of quality management systems according to IATF 16949 ISO 9001 VDA requirements and specific customer requirements
Knowledge of quality management tools: Core Tools production control plans SPC root cause analysis etc.
Very good understanding of technical drawings
Excellent communication skills
Strong focus on results and teamwork
IT skills/knowledge: MS Office ERP systems OEM customer portals
Drivers license: Class B
