Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented individual to lead recruiting processes in Spain to build whats next for Otis. This position* reports to the Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition Iberia Africa & Middle East. This is a fantastic opportunity to perform in a key visible role that is critical to the success of the organization.

* Temporary position (6 months min.)

On a typical day you will:

• Recruit new and diverse colleagues for Otis Spain.

• Develop and update compelling job descriptions.

• Prepare recruitment material and advertise open positions on relevant job boards.

• Search and recruit candidates using appropriate databases social networks etc.

• Screen candidate CVs and job applications

• Conduct interviews using various methods of reliable recruitment and selection tools to filter candidates within the timeframe provided.

• Assess relevant knowledge skills interpersonal skills experience and aptitudes of candidates.

• Act as a central point of contact to build strong relationships with candidates and managers during the recruitment process.

What You Will Need to be Successful:

• Demonstrable work experience as a recruiter (either as an internal recruiter or as an agency recruiter).

• Strong ability to carry out different types of interviews.

• Practical experience with different selection processes (telephone interviews reference checks etc.).

• Familiarity with HR databases Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) Workday experience is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good decision making skills.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resource Management.

• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 Level min.). Other languages such as French Portuguese or Arabic are also valuable.
