What youll do:
The Preferred and Small Business Banking Training Team Lead serves as the senior facilitator learning consultant and instructional design partner responsible for leading high impact training programs that enhance sales service excellence and operational performance across the Preferred and Small Business Banking organization. This role combines expert level facilitation content design leadership and team oversight to ensure delivery teams and training materials consistently meet evolving business priorities.
- Lead the delivery of complex enterprise level training programs requiring advanced facilitation skills and strong business acumen. Serve as a role model facilitator demonstrating best in class instructional presence and techniques for engaging diverse audiences.
- Partner with managers and senior business leaders to assess organizational learning needs and recommend targeted instructional solutions.
- Provide expert consultative support on workforce readiness skill development needs and training optimization strategies.
- Represent the training team in cross functional and enterprise learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with content developers to ensure alignment between delivery strategies and curriculum design.
- Contribute to the design and enhancement of complex learning programs ensuring content is scalable consistent and aligned with business objectives.
- Evaluate learning content effectiveness using performance data learner feedback and business impact measures; drive necessary improvements.
- Support management in overseeing workload distribution cross training opportunities and reporting on key training performance metrics.
- Ensure training programs support service level standards regulatory compliance audit readiness and operational consistency.
- Partner with internal departmentsincluding Product Compliance and Operationsto ensure content and delivery reflect current enterprise priorities.
- May lead and develop a team; responsible for hiring coaching performance management training and development.
What youll need:
- 3 years of related experience in Instructional Design training content development or related field. or similar field.
- High school diploma required; Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced facilitation and coaching expertise with proven results;.
- Intermediate to advanced consultative and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels; experience in instructional design models and adult learning principles.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with authoring tools multimedia design and content management systems.
- Intermediate to advanced ability to evaluate programs using data and recommend strategic improvements.
- Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
- May require up to 25% travel.
