Job Summary
The Marketing Intern supports Workivas Marketing philosophy by executing projects coordinating details and working cross-functionally across teams. This role provides hands-on experience across campaign execution analytics content creation events partner marketing and growth initiatives depending on the team you support.
What Youll Do
Optimize refresh and retire content as part of ongoing audit work
Formalize refine and add to the teams AI prompt library to improve efficiency
Support monthly newsletter writing compilation and distribution
Assist with podcast projects including writing episode summaries and building resource/YouTube pages
Take on day-to-day content tasks to free up team members for more strategic campaign work
What Youll Need
Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program preferably in Marketing Advertising Business Communications or a related field of study
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
Self-motivated with a strong propensity for action results and continuous improvement
Ability to work successfully in a high-energy fast-paced rapidly changing environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure
Creativity attention to detail and strong problem-solving skill
Writing editing and content development (Content Marketing)
Travel Requirements & Working Conditions
Up to 10% travel
Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely not in a Workiva office
Sponsorship Requirements
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future
