About the role

As a Recruitment Advisor you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from attraction through to onboarding. Working closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders you will provide expert recruitment advice and support the delivery of effective and compliant recruitment outcomes ensuring a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders throughout the process.

About you

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (Government sector experience is desirable but not essential)
• Highly organised and proactive with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Departments Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Departments Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
