Job Summary
We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to be responsible for assisting in the procurement process by coordinating the purchase of equipment services supplies and materials for contracts already in place.
Advise and assist in the preparation of contracts which include procurement proposals qualifications and verification of information. Work closely with the senior director team central offices legal staff outside attorneys Corporate Counsel vendors and others as assigned.
Must have SW licensing agreement and PeopleSoft experience.
Work with Legal and Security (data and privacy issues).
