Job Description:

The Financial Analyst at Compass Realty Inc is responsible for analyzing financial data preparing reports and supporting decision-making processes within the real estate company. This role focuses on evaluating property investments monitoring financial performance and providing actionable insights to optimize profitability manage risk and support strategic growth in real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze financial statements budgets and cash flows for real estate projects property portfolios and company operations.
Prepare detailed financial reports forecasts and variance analyses to support management decisions.
Conduct market research and financial modeling for potential property acquisitions developments or sales.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for properties including occupancy rates rental income operating expenses and ROI.
Assist in budgeting cost analysis and financial planning for property management and investment projects.
Support audits regulatory compliance and internal reporting requirements.
Collaborate with real estate agents property managers and operations teams to gather and analyze data.
Identify trends risks and opportunities to improve financial performance and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field; Masters degree or CFA is a plus.
Previous experience in financial analysis preferably in real estate property management or investment.
Strong knowledge of financial modeling forecasting and valuation techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel accounting software and real estate financial tools.
Strong analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
