Position Overview

Serves as monitoring and reporting specialist. Under general supervision applies advanced statistical and research methods and techniques in the collection summarization manipulation and analysis of computer data; collects and compiles a variety of eligibility information regarding IES outcomes; compiles analyzes evaluates and reports eligibility processing data for compliance to State and Federal guidelines; applies advanced statistical techniques to generate data for internal reports and monitors status of Print and Mail room.

Essential Functions

  • Serves as monitoring and reporting specialist.
  • Collects and compiles a variety of eligibility information regarding Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES) outcomes.
  • Compiles analyzes evaluates and reports eligibility processing data for compliance to State and Federal guidelines.
  • Applies standard statistical techniques to generate data for internal reports and monitors Print and Mail room status.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Requires knowledge skill and mental development equivalent to four (4) years of college with courses in statistics computer science mathematics economics and related fields.
  • Requires one (1) year of professional experience in the development and application of research designs and statistical methods and techniques preferably in the job-related subject matter area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two (2) years of professional experience applying advanced statistical and research methods and techniques in the collection summarization manipulation and analysis of computer data.
  • Two (2) years of professional experience collecting and compiling data from computerized files verifying accuracy conducting advanced statistical analysis and reporting patterns of inconsistencies.
  • Two (2) years of professional experience reviewing and analyzing existing reports for accuracy of data trends and projections.
  • Two (2) years of professional experience creating data reports that include methods and techniques for collection and analysis development.
  • Two (2) years of professional experience applying standard statistical techniques to generate data for reporting purposes.

Conditions of Employment

  • Requires the ability to work overtime and/or outside regular business hours.
