Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales performance for assigned territory and accounts including sell-in sell-out and wearer recruitment.
  • Conduct daily field visits (primarily outdoor work) to engage Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) and achieve Key Call objectives.
  • Develop and complete sales growth plans targets customer segmentation and territory strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with optical shops clinics and key account partners.
  • Use internal dashboards and systems to monitor performance prepare cycle plans and submit relevant reports with market insights.
  • Install and follow up on marketing and trade marketing programs in selected accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with internal colleagues to support team performance and contribute ideas from field experience.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives ensuring adherence to Credo values and HCC principles.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience or above preferred.
  • Preferably 23 years of sales experience required experience in FMCG sales or medical/optical industry is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical business planning and budget management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English; Cantonese proficiency preferred.
  • Proactive independent responsible and able to operate with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced field based environment with regular outdoor duties.
  • Ability to engage diverse customer types and adapt to internal systems dashboards and diverse organization structures.
