Job Summary

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 8 years experience in HR management
  • Sound knowledge of labour legislation HR policies and principles and relevant experience of HR system and recruitment platform
  • Good interpersonal and problem solving skills with management sensitivity
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team to provide a full spectrum of professional HR services and business partnering to client departments in corporate headquarters functions
  • Handle recruitment activities including managerial positions and monitor the overall staffing requirements of the client departments based on the approved budget and business needs
  • Support corporate direction and people strategies participate in HR projects / initiatives provide recommendations in modernizing HR practices and resolving complex issues
  • Maintain positive staff relations by participating in staff communication meetings and engagement activities
  • Ensure statutory compliance and promote employer brand when handling HR or staff issues
  • Compile dashboards/ reports for managements information and undertake ad hoc projects as and when required
