WMS Service Management L3 PrIME SOLEX

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver expert-level configuration implementation and support for Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions.

Perform root cause analysis and defect resolution including detailed diagnostics using Trace Profiler.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design test and implement workflows that align with operational requirements.

Lead system integration and troubleshooting to ensure optimal end-to-end warehouse functionality.

Provide functional expertise across warehouse operations including receiving outbound shipping cross-docking and workflow management.

Coordinate with Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) such as ASRS AGV and APAL to ensure seamless process integration.

Document configurations workflows and issue resolutions to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Participate in project implementations go-live support and post-deployment enhancements.

Offer guidance and mentorship to team members promoting best practices and solution consistency.

Build and maintain strong client relationships acting as a trusted advisor on WMS performance and optimization.

Required Skills and Experience:

Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (PrIME 2014 & 2022) with relevant WMS functional and technical expertise.

Strong technical proficiency in system configuration integration and performance troubleshooting.

In-depth functional understanding of warehouse operations including inbound outbound and inventory processes.

Experience working with WCS systems such as ASRS AGV and APAL.

Proven ability in defect analysis and resolution including trace file analysis.

Solid workflow design expertise covering both implementation and operational phases.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a client-focused approach.

Prior experience leading implementation or support activities is advantageous.
