Process Specialist Engineer Final Assembly (fmdiv.)

As a Process Engineer you will play a key role in developing and industrializing innovative manufacturing technologies within our International Production Network (IPN). You will actively contribute to global projects ensuring efficient high-quality and sustainable production processes.

Your contribution to something big:

• Contributing to the development and industrialization of new technologies within simultaneous engineering projects.
• Actively participating in international collaboration within the Bosch International Production Network (IPN).
• Leading and coordinating plant-related activities within IPN projects.
• Driving continuous improvement of equipment products and processes to optimize performance quality and cost.
• Defining technical specifications and supporting the purchasing process for new machines and production equipment.
• Supporting industrialization milestones and ensuring robust process implementation.
• Defining process parameters controls and monitoring production performance and costs.
• Working in multidisciplinary teams to analyze problems and implement sustainable solutions.
• Contributing to process documentation such as Control Plans FMEA and Process Guidelines.
• Collaborating closely with product development teams to ensure manufacturability and process efficiency.

Qualifications :

What distinguishes you:

Education

• Masters degree in Engineering preferred (Mechanical Mechatronics Physics or comparable fields) or equivalent practical experience.

Experience

• Solid experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Hands-on involvement in industrialization or process improvement projects is an advantage.

Know-how

• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Experience with SPC (Statistical Process Control).
• Understanding of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
• Data analysis skills for process monitoring and optimization.
• Knowledge of vision systems is a plus.

Languages

• Good command of English written and spoken.
