As a Process Engineer you will play a key role in developing and industrializing innovative manufacturing technologies within our International Production Network (IPN). You will actively contribute to global projects ensuring efficient high-quality and sustainable production processes.
Your contribution to something big:
- Contributing to the development and industrialization of new technologies within simultaneous engineering projects.
- Actively participating in international collaboration within the Bosch International Production Network (IPN).
- Leading and coordinating plant-related activities within IPN projects.
- Driving continuous improvement of equipment products and processes to optimize performance quality and cost.
- Defining technical specifications and supporting the purchasing process for new machines and production equipment.
- Supporting industrialization milestones and ensuring robust process implementation.
- Defining process parameters controls and monitoring production performance and costs.
- Working in multidisciplinary teams to analyze problems and implement sustainable solutions.
- Contributing to process documentation such as Control Plans FMEA and Process Guidelines.
- Collaborating closely with product development teams to ensure manufacturability and process efficiency.

- Solid experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Hands-on involvement in industrialization or process improvement projects is an advantage.
Know-how
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Experience with SPC (Statistical Process Control).
- Understanding of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
- Data analysis skills for process monitoring and optimization.
- Knowledge of vision systems is a plus.
