The Business Development Manager will contribute to the significant growth of Eurofins PSS in Switzerland and will:
- Design and implement the business development strategy for Switzerland.
- Collaborate with leadership to execute the strategy and achieve growth objectives.
- Acquire new clients and develop long-term partnerships.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
- Participate in congresses seminars and industry events to increase brand visibility and recognition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales materials for new business opportunities.
- Track market trends and key stakeholders to support business development efforts.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Life Sciences Biotechnology or Business.
- 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development preferably in Biopharma or Life Sciences.
- Strong local industry network is highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to generate new opportunities acquire new clients and expand the companys footprint in new market areas.
- Customer-centric approach demonstrating that client needs are a priority.
- Outstanding presentation communication and interpersonal skills both externally and internally.
- Excellent language skills (verbal and written) in English and German; knowledge of Swiss German and French is a plus.
- Confident use of IT solutions (MS Office CRM software).
