THE ROLE

As a Campaign & Media Manager you will be responsible for the planning implementation and optimization of our Awareness and Consideration initiatives as well as the cross-channel planning in the Upper Funnel. You will ensure the efficient data-driven and effective delivery of our brand messages by mastering cross-channel planning and optimization. This includes guaranteeing that the right message reaches the audience at the right time through the most suitable channels.

To achieve smooth and effective campaign execution you will collaborate closely with the Brand Design Content Marketing Performance and CRM functions.

WHAT YOULL DO

  • Take on the cross-channel planning and manage marketing campaigns from conception to implementation.
  • Develop our Upper-Funnel measures for the DACH markets with a focus on Awareness and Consideration.
  • Independently develop and implement comprehensive media plans (both offline and digital) aligned with specific campaign objectives including responsibility for media bookings.
  • Manage and monitor campaigns across various media channels (e.g. OOH Digital TV Print).
  • Negotiate and execute media collaborations to effectively expand our reach.
  • Manage campaigns from a funnel perspective and ensure a consistent Customer Journey.
  • Ensure that campaigns are implemented on time and within budget.
  • Analyze and evaluate Awareness and Upper-Funnel KPIs and derive optimization measures.
  • Work closely with Brand Marketing to coordinate campaign content and creatives.
  • Identify new media formats to increase reach impact and cost-efficiency.

WHAT YOULL BRING

  • A degree or comparable education in Marketing Communication or Media.
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in media planning media buying and/or campaign management.
  • Profound knowledge in the holistic planning and management of cross-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in planning and implementing offline and digital media measures.
  • Confident presence in negotiation situations ideally with experience in negotiating media partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven evaluation and optimization of marketing campaigns.
  • Structured independent and highly organized approach to work.
  • Collaborative spirit to coordinate and work effectively with Brand Performance Content Marketing CRM and Public Relations functions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English. German and French are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.
