Responsible for technical design and development implementation of plant digitalization solutions deeply involved in innovation and implementation of smart manufacturing exploring innovative AI applications in industrial scenarios and driving manufacturing digital technology promotion.

技术研究与创新

- 建立技术知识库推动团队技术能力持续提升
Requirement Analysis & Solution Design
- Collaborate with business teams to understand manufacturing pain points and deliver technical feasibility solutions
- Design digital system architecture including database design API interfaces and frontend-backend interaction logic
Technical Development & Implementation
- Develop backend services (Java/Python/) to implement core business logic
- Colloboration with frontend development to build full-stack delivery capabilities
- Integrate AI models (machine learning/deep learning/agent/GenAI) into industrial application systems
- Responsible for system deployment debugging and performance optimization to ensure stable solution operation
Technical Research & Innovation
- Track cutting-edge digital technologies (edge computing digital twin generative AI etc.)
- Explore the feasibility of new technologies in manufacturing scenarios delivering innovative POCs
- Build technical knowledge base and promote continuous improvement of team technical capabilities
Qualifications :
- Master Degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Software Engineering or related technical fields
Solid computer science fundamentals (data structures algorithms operating systems networking)
Participated in at least one complete industrial system development or AI application project
Proficient in at least one backend language (C#/Java/Python/Go/) able to independently develop APIs
Familiar with database technologies (MySQL/SQLServer/...)
AI solution development capability: Familiar with ML frameworks able to call LLM APIs for business functions
Data Processing Experience
Visualization tools: Power BI and python etc
Big data tools: Hadoop Spark services (Azure is preferred)
