我们正在寻找一位积极主动注重细节的实习生加入我们的售后团队将主要支持Oracle系统售后流程操作与库存管理并兼顾基础的产品售后技术协助工作这是深入了解企业售后运营ERP系统及技术服务的绝佳机会
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our After-Sales team. He/She will primarily support after-sales process operations within the Oracle system and inventory management while also assisting with basic post-sales technical product support. This is an excellent opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of enterprise after-sales operations ERP systems and technical service.
主要职责/Key Responsibilities:
- Oracle系统流程操作 (Oracle System Process Operations):
- 在指导下于Oracle系统中处理售后相关工单服务请求及CRO客户返修操作流程
- Under guidance process after-sales work orders service requests and CRO (Customer Return Operation) workflows within the Oracle system.
- 确保系统数据的准确录入更新与维护
- Ensure accurate data entry updates and maintenance within the system.
- 库存与备件管理 (Inventory & Spare Parts Management):
- 协助监控和管理售后备件安全库存水平支持物理盘点
- Assist in monitoring and managing service spare parts safety inventory levels and support physical regular checking.
- 产品售后技术支持 (Product Technical Support):
- 协助工程师处理基础的产品技术咨询进行初步问题排查
- Assist engineers in handling basic product technical inquiries and conducting initial troubleshooting.
- 整理和归档技术文档案例与解决方案
- Organize and archive technical documentation cases and solutions.
- 沟通与协调 (Communication & Coordination):
- 作为内部支持团队与客户之间的沟通桥梁
- Act as a communication bridge between the internal support team and customers.
- 准备基础的服务报告与数据汇总
- Prepare basic service reports and data summaries.
任职要求/Qualifications:
- 教育背景 (Education):
- 本科或研究生在校生主修工业工程机械自动化或相关理工科专业优先
- Current undergraduate students majoring in Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering Automation or related STEM fields is preferred.
- 技能与能力 (Skills & Abilities):
- 具备基本的英语读写能力大学英语四级或同等水平以上
- Basic written and write skills in English (CET-4 or equivalent level and above).
- 出色的中文沟通与协调能力积极主动有服务意识
- Excellent Chinese communication and coordination skills proactive with a service mindset.
- 学习能力强注重细节能处理多任务
- Fast learner detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.
- 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件特别是Excel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel).
- 优先条件 (Preferred):
- 有企业管理系统如Oracle EBS SAP金蝶等使用或了解经验者优先
- Prior exposure to or understanding of Enterprise Management Systems (e.g. Oracle EBS SAP Kingdee) is a plus.
- 对技术机械或电子产品有兴趣者优先
- Interest in technical mechanical or electronic products is a plus.
- 可以长期实习有转正机会
- Can join the long-term internship with the possibility of becoming a permanent employee
- 每周至少出勤3天
- Work at least 3 days per week
