As a Kitchen Steward you are the foundation of our culinary operation. You are the start and the finish of every culinary journey - ensuring our kitchens are clean organised and compliant so our chefs can perform at their best and our guests can enjoy exceptional dining experiences.
This is a hands-on role where consistency care and attention to detail matter. Youll work behind the scenes to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness food safety and hygiene across all kitchen and back-of-house areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash clean and sanitise kitchen equipment utensils crockery and glassware in line with HACCP and food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchens stewarding areas cool rooms and back-of-house spaces.
- Support chefs by ensuring equipment and work areas are clean stocked and ready for service.
- Assist with waste management recycling and sustainable practices in line with hotel procedures.
- Follow and uphold all HACCP requirements including cleaning schedules and chemical handling.
- Identify and report maintenance or safety issues to ensure a safe working environment.
- Work collaboratively with culinary and stewarding teams to support smooth service flow.
Qualifications :

- A strong understanding of cleanliness hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP knowledge highly regarded).
