Kitchen Steward Part Time 24 Hours

About the role:

• Part Time role available (PPT24 minimum 24 hours per week guaranteed maximum hours 38 per week)
• Ensure a constant and sufficient supply of equipment and clean utensils to all outlets at all times. 
• Be responsible for providing the highest level of attention to all aspects of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the Kitchen including but not limited to cutlery crockery and commercial equipment
• Recycling and removal of rubbish
• Assisting Chefs with food preparation as required
• Adhere to all sanitation and chemical use guidelines.
• Follow and adhere to all HACCAP hygiene ALLSafe and WHS requirements.
• Work on a rotation roster including AM PM shifts on a 7 day rotation roster including weekends and public holidays.

You may have previous experience in a similar fast paced environment. Regardless of your level of experience there are a few things that would make you shine in this role which include:

• Great energy and a Find the YES! positive attitude.
• Good time management skills and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to multi task will be essential to this role
• Professional well-groomed appearance demonstrating pride in presentation.
• Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts including days nights weekends and Public Holidays
• Experience in a similar role is ideal
• You might be a Commerical Cookery Student looking to gain some practical experience
• You hold valid working rights for Australia
