Job Summary
In this role youll be our go-to expert for all things People and Culture systems including SmartRecruiters WorkPro Xref our Learning Management System and Managing for Excellence.
Youll be working with a wide range of people across the business to keep our systems running smoothly making sure theyre set up to meet our needs and providing the data and tools that help our teams succeed.
Heres what were looking for:
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with HR systems (LMS e-recruitment credentialing performance management)
- A proactive detail-oriented approach with a passion for using technology to make a difference
- An understanding of project management concepts
- Knowledge of training methodologies and effective training techniques
- Great Microsoft Office skills (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook etc.)
- Clear communication skills with the ability to create easy-to-follow instructions and tip sheets
- A collaborative team-focused approach
