経理実務全般を一人で担当しながら経営に近い立場で数値管理を行っていただきます
主な業務内容
- 日々の仕訳入力
- 売掛金買掛金管理支払入金管理
- 現金および預金管理
- 経費精算対応
- 月次年次決算業務
- 月次試算表および各種レポート作成
- 予算管理および実績分析
- GMオーナー向けの数値説明およびミーティング参加
- 税理士等の外部専門家との連携
経理部門は1名体制のため日常業務から決算まで一貫して担当いただきます
また本ポジションはマネジメント専任ではなく自ら手を動かして経理実務を担いながら経営層と直接コミュニケーションを取るポジションです
Qualifications :
必須要件
- 経理実務経験 5年以上目安
- 日常仕訳月次決算まで一人で対応できる方
- 売掛金買掛金管理の実務経験
- 経営層への数値説明経験またはそれに抵抗がない方
歓迎要件
- ホテル宿泊サービス業界経験
- 年次決算経験
- 管理会計予算管理経験
- 少人数一人体制での経理経験
