IT Operations Specialist wSecret Clearance

TekSynap is seeking a IT Operations Specialist to provide day-to-day cloud and network operations support ensuring system availability identity management and collaboration services for the JPO.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

• 5 years IT operations and service delivery experience; 3 years in DoD.
• Knowledge of identity management (AD PKI CAC/PIV) and cloud-native operations.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management frameworks.

Certifications

• DoD 8570: IAT Level II (Security CE).

Education

• Bachelors degree in IT Engineering or related.

Clearance

• Active Secret clearance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide daily operations support across classified/unclassified cloud networks.
• Maintain collaboration suites engineering tools and identity services.
• Enforce Zero Trust principles in daily operations.
• Troubleshoot network/system issues and ensure high availability.

COMPETENCIES

• IT operations & service delivery (ITIL v3/v4)
• Cloud operations (AWS GovCloud Azure DoD Cloud)
• Identity and access management (Active Directory PKI CAC/PIV)
• Collaboration tools (Teams SharePoint Atlassian suite)
• Incident response & system troubleshooting
