Job Summary

Contingent upon Contract Award.

The Deputy Project Manager is the key operational enabler supporting the clinical team in the delivery of the capability set out within the contract. The role is the key practical interface in the provision of personnel logistic and operational integration with external agencies. This role works with the Project Manager in close collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer to lead the site management team to ensure the highest level of services are delivered to the client within the contractual and legal requirements. This position is based in Israel. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day medical services operations and as the direct interface with Prime Program Management. 
  • Support the administration conduct and performance of all staff including leave and rest duty rosters staff discipline pay and allowances travel security appropriate insurance cover medical and general welfare of the contracted staff. 
  • Assist with coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements deadlines and schedules. 
  • Support Program Manager to oversee facilities ongoing training plan. 
  • Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues. 
  • Submit project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards as directed. 
  • Assist Program Manager with status reports by gathering analyzing and summarizing relevant information. 
  • Support effective project communication plans and ensuring its execution. 
  • Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget. 
  • Monitor that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Policies are implemented and followed by all staff. 
  • Assist with managing customer satisfaction within project transition period. 
  • Assist with conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements. 
  • Assist Program Manager in developing yearly budgets. 
  • Assist with deliverables including but not limited to Daily Personnel Status Report and Monthly Financial Reports. 
  • Completes required organizational compliance education including assigned requirements that are client-specified for Joint Commission Healthcare Staffing Services certification or other regulatory bodies.

Qualifications :

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Project management and/or leadership experience preferably in a challenging geographical location. 
  • Experience of working in a busy medical clinic essential. 
  • Medical background preferred. 
  • Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration or Business or PMP preferred. 
  • Have fluency in both oral and written English. 

Key Skills: 

  • Demonstrable experience of leading a large team of clinical and non-clinical staff. 
  • Knowledge of clinical administrative processes. 
  • Excellent planning and organising skills. 
  • Accuracy and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Knowledge of clinical administrative processes. 
  • Excellent IT skills including use of electronic medical records systems. 
  • Computer skills and the ability to operate MS Office with Outlook Word and PowerPoint. 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Sitting standing walking climbing bending/stooping kneeling twisting.  
  • Visual acuity. Minimal hearing loss.   
  • Push/pull/carry minimum 50 lbs. 

Other Special Qualifications: 

  • Obtain medical clearance and maintain current immunizations. 
  • Must be able to relocate to Israel. 
  • A valid U.S. passport is required and must be in your possession prior to relocation. You must maintain a current passport during your stay in Israel. 
  • Able to obtain a USG Clearance.

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicants background experience skills internal equity and alignment with geographical market data.
