Housekeeping Supervisor

• Play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort during their stay.
• Supervise and motivate housekeeping personnel providing daily supervision and ensuring adherence to service and productivity standards.
• Assign duties to staff and examine their work for accuracy neatness and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Communicate with guests and employees verbally and in writing answering questions and providing clear direction.
• Inspect and prepare clean units before turning them to vacant and clean for guest occupancy.
• Assist in the training and development of both existing and new staff members.
• Report engineering issues according to established company procedures.
• Respond promptly to guest and employee concerns ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Qualifications :

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work in outdoor weather conditions.
• Valid Drivers License
• Must be proficient in speaking reading and writing English. Must have basic to intermediate computer skills such as data entry email management and Microsoft Office (Excel Word and Outlook).
• Prior experience with HotSOS property management system preferred.
