Responsibilities and Tasks

As an ADTJ PIE HPM PI Engineer at Micron you will drive technological advancements. You will also optimize our processes to maintain world-class standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Establishing and improving process condition and technology.
• Upgrading process capability to ensure flawless operations and reducing production costs.
• Strictly establishing and modifying process management projects to improve efficiency.
• Setting up detailed process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
• Evaluating promoting and planning for new equipment and materials.
• Conducting abnormal analysis and implementing improvements successfully.

Qualifications

To excel in this role you must have:

• A Bachelors or equivalent experience or a Masters degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in semiconductor process engineering.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to determine root causes of issues.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ambitious approach with a drive to compete and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to strictly adhere to safety and quality standards.
