マーケティング本部インサイドセールス部に所属しフィールドセールスへの架け橋として顧客の課題抽出から商談設定を担う
成果を最大化するための効率的な仕組みづくりをする
お客様の生の声を最前線でヒアリングし開発ニーズとして社内にフィードバックをする

具体的には
顧客情報のデータ整理ツールを活用したコンタクトプロファイリング業務ネットを活用したコンタクト探し郵送物発送グローバルコミュニケーションセミナー運営支援オペレーション業務各種マーケティング/サポート業務/電話やメールでの営業活動やイベントのご案内など幅広く実施いただきます

働く組織環境
当社のインサイドセールスはマーケティング部に所属する為マーケティング部や営業部門と連携して各施策の企画実行振り返りに携わるなど営業活動の上流から関われますまたConcurグループの中で日本法人の取り組みは本社や他グローバル法人からも注目を浴びており定期的に本部やグローバルのメンバーとのディスカッションの会議に希望を出せば参加することも可能です
働く環境としてはリモートワークを推奨しており在宅で勤務が可能です(社員の9割以上がリモートワークを実施

応募資格
26新卒以降の大学生の方1年間程度長期的に働いていただきたい為
週16時間以上勤務できる方
週12日程度出社できる方基本的には出社いただき必要に応じてリモートワークを想定しています
営業手法を身に付けることに前向きで電話掛け業務にも積極的に取り組める方

何れかあればなお可
