Customer Service and Administration Assistant

About the role
Provide a range of administrative and support services including fleet management duties records management routine correspondence meeting and event coordination to support the effective operation of the Public Schools Education Offices Statewide.
Join our team as a Customer Service Administration Assistant where you will play a vital role in supporting the Public Schools Division this position youll handle a variety of clerical and administrative tasks including reception financial and phone duties all while contributing to a positive customer service experience.
This role will also entail mentoring of new staff manager administrative support and project assistance.
