Designer (UIUX & Customer Discovery) wSecret Clearance

TekSynap is seeking a Designer (UI/UX & Customer Discovery)to join our team at the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) to focus on human-centered design and customer discovery to ensure DevSecOps platforms are intuitive functional and widely adopted by users.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

• 5 years UI/UX design in Agile or DevSecOps environments.
• Demonstrated experience in customer discovery and prototyping (Figma Adobe XD etc.).
• Strong communication and human-centered design skills.

Certifications

• 8570 certification: IAT Level II preferred.

Education

• Bachelors degree in design HCI Communications or related field.

Clearance

• Secret clearance .

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Apply human-centered design to JPO DevSecOps platforms and portals.
• Develop wireframes prototypes and interface frameworks.
• Conduct customer discovery and stakeholder interviews.
• Improve user adoption through intuitive design and communication strategies.
