Job Description:
A highly skilled and experienced IT business analyst is sought to design and manage our Project Online/Project Server and Intralinks service offerings. The analyst should align business requirements and strategic objectives. This role includes translating business needs into technical solutions overseeing design collaborating with teams and stakeholders and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality scalable and secure collaboration solutions.
Essential Functions:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs
- Design scalable secure and maintainable architectural solutions for Project Online/Project Server
- Select appropriate technologies frameworks and platforms including cloud services
- Create and maintain technical documentation and implementation plans
- Provide technical guidance to development teams
- Ensure integration of new applications with existing systems
- Identify and mitigate technical risks
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Ensure applications comply with security standards and development guidelines
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements
- Working closely with our business partners to ensure their collaboration needs are being met
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related lieu of a degree minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
- 4 years of experience in IT related to the following collaboration tools SharePoint Project Online Project Server and Intralinks
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Experience leading teams of developers and managing IT projects
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to align technical solutions with business goals
- Project Management and organizational skills
- Experience with Agile development methodologies or DevOps practices
- Experience with requirements gathering translating to technical implementations
- Proficiency in designing technology solutions for Project Online and Project Server
- Familiar with Azure GCC High Gov Cloud
- Familiar with external file transfer solutions
- Familiar with working with end users to troubleshoot technical issues
- Experience with Azure GCC High Cloud
In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in California Massachusetts New Jersey Washington and the Greater D.C Denver or NYC areas is $96000-$178000. The salary range for this role in Colorado state Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New York state and Vermont is $84000-$156000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
