Responsibilities
- Assistin coordinating internal and external communications related to donations and sponsorshipsand ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and policies.
- Assistin administrativeduties for the department asrequired.
- Prepare reports and presentationsto compile data andassistin preparing materials to track initiatives and update stakeholders and management.
- Support content creation and dissemination through social media newsletters media and the company website.
- Assistin managing company reputation
- Support communication efforts tomaintainand protect the companys brand and image.
- Monitor corporate brand health through basic social listening tools.
- Assistin planning and executing CSRprogramsand events.
- Assistmedia relations:
- Assistinmaintainingrelationships with journalists and media outlets.
- Draft and distribute press releases.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of communication principles and strategies.
Experience with various communication channels and platforms. Especially LinkedIn.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Well verse with sponsorship and donation guidelines and policies to ensure good governance and corporate compliance.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Minimum1 year of experience in corporate communications.
Knowledge of media relations and public relations practices.
