Corporate Communications Intern Job Description

• Acting as administrator for customer communication tools: Email Blast & WhatsApp platform
• Ability to create and update HTML email templates.
• Coordinates the production and approvals for editing of customer email blast and WhatsApp content
• Developing article for company website articles
• Developing internal email blast content
• Assisting in preparing the ESG Global Report and coordinating with related teams
• Monitoring and compiling Media Coverages and liase with 3rd party vendors
• Assisting and conducting companys events/projects: media activity internal event collaboration event with partners etc.
• Creating a clear copy for any communications materials -> customer newsletter digital publication for media
• Develop content for articles press release newsletter and corporates initiatives to be implemented in our social media
• Develop content e-magazines for customers through PRUSatellite
• Preparing communication material related to media activity internal events and others
• Creating WA Report regularly with media coverage monitoring and summary event.
• Assisting in reviewing related to communication material
• Collaborating with other teams in conducting communication material
• Ability to create presentations for spokesperson

Intern qualifications/skills

• Basic editing (Capcut Canva Power point (ppt))
• Having Knowledge of Ms Excel email marketing platforms and tools
• Ability to create and execute email campaigns.
• Experience with HTML and CSS will be considered an advantage.
• Understanding of email deliverability and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools
• Ability to work with tight deadlines
• Creative problem-solving skills
