The Mechanical Engineer will be able to work under the supervision Mechanical Leader in the preparation of detail design and technical analysis.Job Description
Create preliminary calculation and mechanical drawing for both project and tender execution Bill of Material of related part/component (core frame clamping platform) and detail lead exit.
Perform and manage mechanical design via coordination of various activities such as create Bill of Material create analysis report for tank/material strength seismic calculation Finite Element Method (FEM) for some special projects and support production team to ensure production process run properly and meets requirements of the customer specifications.
Apply engineering fundamentals to practical problem-solving involving design and production process.
Occasionally contact outside suppliers and customer related to design activities.
Comply with EHS directives participate in EHS program and proactively involve in improving EHS culture.
Continuously do improvement to shorten the lead time of mechanical design process (create automation standardization).
Have a good coordination with industrial team in support of achieving the product with no errors workers safety environmental concern and cost efficiency.
