For Linklaters Warsaw we are currently recruiting for the Learning & Development Assistant role.
Work arrangements:
Hybrid model work: 2 days per week from the office located next to Rondo ONZ
Contract: Employment contract with 3- month probation period
Working hours: The L&D Coordination team typically works standard hours from 9:00 to 17:15. Periodically team members will be required to work in more flexible approach based on the training session that they provide & support.
Business travel: Occasional business travel may be required.
About the team
Join our global Learning & Development team responsible for coordinating training programmes and learning operations. Collaborating with HR and business stakeholders our team supports global training delivery and continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for
Managing end-to-end administration of classroom and online courses.
Ensuring efficient delivery of learning events via our learning management system.
Liaising with internal stakeholders faculty and external suppliers.
Monitoring course costs recharges and related reporting.
Implementing and maintaining process improvements and templates.
Providing live support for digital learning sessions.
Preparing evaluation summaries and follow-up actions.
Apply if you
Have 1 year of experience in international professional environment.
Use English fluently.
Have experience in HR Systems usage (Workday or equivalent).
Demonstrate excellent organisational and client service skills.
Are not afraid of dealing with senior stakeholders.
Are proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with learning systems.
Possess strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Show initiative resilience and problem-solving skills.
Have a genuine interest in learning and development.
Hold A Level qualifications or equivalent.
