We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to take on the combined role of Lead Account Manager and Business Development Leader for our Smart Energy Gas division in the Americas focusing on NXU NXCM Honeywell Head End Systems and Forge Performance Plus for Utilities (Gas). The ideal candidate will drive business growth build strategic partnerships and ensure exceptional account management across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
- In close collaboration with the Account Managers and Channel Managers as the Smart Gas Business Development Lead manage relationships with key accounts in the Smart Energy Gas sector ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs to deliver and meet Smart Gas business growth targets.
- Monitor customer feedback and market trends to recommend product/service enhancements.
- Collaborate with Offering Management and Marketing on key market needs feedback and development opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Smart Energy sector specifically targeting Gas solutions across NXU and NXCM.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders including partners regulators and senior decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends potential partnerships and competitive landscape.
Leadership and Strategy:
- Work closely with senior management to align account management and business development strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide regular updates on business development initiatives sales performance and market conditions to executive leadership.
- Drive innovation by proposing new approaches and solutions to improve customer experience and competitive advantage.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Min 5 years Account Management Sales and/or Sales Support Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management development Sales and/or Sales Support Experience within the energy sector preferably in Smart Energy Gas.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the Smart Energy market with an emphasis on Gas solutions.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel as needed within the Americas region.

The annual base salary range for this position is <$140K - $180K>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the candidates work experience education and training key skills as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
