Were looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team preparing fresh seasonal dishes in a fast-paced environment. If youre passionate about quality food teamwork and developing your skills in a an organised and well run kitchen wed love to hear from you!
What Youll Be Doing:
- Preparing high-quality dishes using fresh seasonal ingredients to create our signature café menu.
- Maintaining kitchen organisation ensuring a clean efficient and well-stocked work environment.
- Working as part of a team supporting the Head Chef and colleagues during service.
- Managing food prep & cooking ensuring consistency speed and presentation standards.
- Following food safety & hygiene standards keeping a safe and compliant kitchen at all times.
- Assisting with stock control supporting stock checks ordering and waste reduction.
What Were Looking For:
- A skilled & passionate chef with experience as a CDP Commis Chef or similar kitchen role.
- A hands on team player who thrives in a fast-paced high-energy kitchen environment.
- A quality-obsessed cook who takes pride in using fresh seasonal ingredients.
- An organised & efficient operator keeping the kitchen running smoothly.
- A flexible & adaptable attitude happy to work weekends and peak periods like school holidays.
