Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management End User or industry domain experienced transport planner (route planning route optimization Carrier Management Freight Negotiation) to join our SAP TM team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in the domain side along with end user experience in the SAP TM Oracle TMS or Blue Yonder TMS solution. The candidate should have experience in freight planning and route optimization carrier management freight rate negotiation data analysis and reporting.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent client facing analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively pursue learning on EY SAP Transform learn SAP Transportation Management key configuration & Implementation sample documentation
Work as Shadow on Projects for 3 Months & get accustomed to the role of SAP TM Consultant
Work as Industry experienced SAP TM Consultant in SAP TMS Implementation Projects

Expected Qualification and Experience
Qualifications:

Bachelors industrial or mechanical engineering
Masters in supply chain.

Experience

Around 3 to 8 years of experience as an SAP supply chain planning End User or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of SAP TMS business processes in route planning and optimization carrier management shipment tracking freight negotiation.
Proficient in transportation management related reporting and analysis.
Additional - Strong knowledge in JIRA or Azure Dev Ops
Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Additional Good to Have skills/accreditions:

SAP certification in SAP TM or similar certification
APICS certification - CSCP or CLTD
