About the Role: As a full-time Maintenance Technician youll play a vital role in keeping our clients swimming pools and spas safe clean and enjoyable. Whether youre skimming the surface of a pool balancing water chemistry or repairing equipment your work will directly contribute to the happiness and satisfaction of our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is reliable hardworking and eager to grow in a supportive team environment.
What Youll Do: Your typical day will include a variety of tasks to keep you engaged and challenged such as: - Cleaning pools skimming debris and vacuuming. - Testing and adjusting water chemistry (chlorine pH levels etc.). - Maintaining and repairing pool equipment including lights filters and pumps. - Draining pools and water lines for seasonal prep or repairs. - Driving company vehicles to client sites and managing tools and chemicals. - Answering customer questions and coordinating services. - Using the Skimmer application to manage daily tasks and follow-ups. - Keeping company vehicles clean stocked and ready for action.
What Were Looking For: Were seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications: - High school diploma or GED. - Valid drivers license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation. - Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions. - Strong attention to detail a positive attitude and a solid work ethic. - Excellent communication skills (bonus points for multilingual candidates!). - A friendly professional demeanor with a commitment to client satisfaction. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule & Compensation: - Hours: MondayFriday 9:00 AM5:00 PM year-round. - Pay: $15$17/hour based on experience. - Perks: Performance bonus opportunities.
