Whatyoulldo:

Work closely with business teams to map and understand current workflowsidentifyingopportunities for AI integration.
Redesign workflows to enable AI agent integration across business systems.
Develop prompting skills andmaintainprompt libraries tooptimizeAI agent performance.
Gather requirements document findings and create AI use-case briefs with success criteria and guardrails.
Lead workshops and discussions to inform and educate stakeholders on AI opportunities.
Collaborate across a variety of business units translating complex ideas into accessible documentation.
Provide administrative support for AI-related projects including scheduling documentation and status tracking.
Spread AI culture across the organization by teaching employees how to use Ivantis AI tools effectively.
Assistteams with AI agent creation and workflow questions acting as an internal AI enablement resource.
Stay curiouskeepup-to-dateon emerging AI technologies and best practices.

What you will bring:

Bachelors degree (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
Demonstrated interest or experience in AI agenticAIor business process improvement.
Strong interpersonal and communication skillsyou collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Organized proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Analytical mindsetskilled at gathering interpreting and presenting data.
Basic understanding of project coordination and requirements gathering; exposure to tools like Azure DevOps Jira or similar platforms is a plus.
Interest in prompt engineering AI agent design and familiarity with LLMs or AI tools.
