Schedule: Full Time rotating Shift - (with every other weekend commitment)

Reports to: Executive Chef
Position Purpose:
Nazareth Hospital a member of Trinity Health Mid Atlantic is looking for a (FT) Cook to join our Dietary team!
What You Will Do:
- Responsible to supervise the hot food production and other areas as assigned.
- Ensures meal service demands are met and customer approval ratings are high.
- Participates in creating menus purchasing foods controlling food costs and maintaining a sanitary work environment.
- Demonstrate leadership skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
- HS diploma or equivalent formal training in food preparation preferred
- 3-5 years experience
- Proven culinary skills.
- Some training in food preparation.
- Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership abilities
- Organizational and planning skills to coordinate all areas of food production
