We are seeking a skilled and efficient Cook / Food Preparation Specialist to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role is responsible for preparing portioning grilling and presenting a variety of hot and cold food items while maintaining high standards of quality consistency and food safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately prepare portion and cook a variety of hot and cold food items

Grill and present meals for breakfast lunch dinner and special/catered events
-
Ensure food quality taste and presentation meet established standards

Follow recipes portion controls and kitchen procedures
-
Maintain a clean organized and sanitary work environment

Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

Assist with inventory control and proper storage of ingredients

Support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours
Requirements:

Previous experience as a cook or in food preparation preferred

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Strong attention to detail and consistency

Team-oriented with good communication skills
Work Environment:
Busy kitchen setting requiring standing for extended periods and working with kitchen equipment.
