The Kraft Heinz Global Manufacturing Trainee (GMT) Program:
The GMT Program is a cross-functional program based at one of our production facilities. Targeted at graduates who are seeking an exciting leadership career in a manufacturing/operational environment.
We are looking for high-performing ambitious and creative individuals who are ready to lead the future of food and beverages. Throughout the program Trainees will hone their understanding of our business through functional rotations collaborating across the business to grow our iconic brands and learn how to build their own legacy.
Whats on the Menu
Your journey at Kraft Heinz will start with a Global onboarding experience starting in September 2026 giving you a hands-on induction into each of our different functions.
From October youll be located at our Wigan or Telford production facility where you will receive local onboarding.

Throughout the program Trainees can also expect regular opportunities to meet with Global Leaders receive mentorship from previous trainees collaborate with other trainees from around the world and enroll in learning experiences to help you grow as a leader!
