Job Summary

ServiceMaster of Allegany County is currently accepting applications for a cleaning position in Oakland to clean a medical building & admin offices. This position entails working Tuesday Thursday and Saturday or Sunday. 6-8 Hours per week.

Job Tasks:

Following ServiceMaster protocol for cleaning product use and methods
Damp-wiping/sanitizing various surfaces such as desks chairs tables ledges baseboards walls etc.
Emptying trash replacing liners cleaning trash bins as necessary
Sanitizing restrooms completely including all flushable fixtures mirrors high-touch points walls doors sinks etc.
Vacuuming carpeted and hard-floor surfaces using a backpack HEPA-filter vacuum and attachments
Damp-mopping tile laminate hardwood surfaces using traditional mops/rolling buckets
Detailing - corners door frames ledges baseboards light fixtures etc.

Requirements:

All applicants MUST have a valid drivers license and be able to drive independently.

All applicants must be able to maintain a professional appearance (correct working uniform) at all times.

All applicants are subject to a background test and may be subject to drug testing at employers discretion.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
