JOB SUMMARY:
Plans and executes property-wide Team Member engagement activities supports effective coordination and administration of Team Member programs. Capitalizes on technology to support online systems/programming data collection and Team Member feedback to drive initiatives and decision making. Leverages partnerships within the business leaders and serves as a point of contact in the communication of project and department information.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plans and executes company-wide Team Member Engagement activities and Administration/HR Divisional events. Serves as the project coordinator for events by developing the plan; which includes timelines marketing communication and execution. Partners with internal departments (Catering Entertainment Security Operations Internal Communications etc.) and external partners/vendors during planning and throughout execution.
- Ensures all administrative responsibilities around event planning and execution are completed in a timely manner. Adheres to predetermined budgets as set by department leaders when planning events. Negotiates with internal partners and vendors to secure pricing on specific items such as event space merchandise catering services and technology. Documents all invoices/charges associated events ensuring the process of payments. Solicits Team Member feedback to ensure satisfaction and enhance/expand future offerings. Provide post event reporting assessments and key learnings. Reviews and maintains department SOP on all Events leverages platforms and tools such as Smartsheet SharePoint and all external platforms
- Supports for the execution of Team Member Experiences on-going recognition appreciation and leisure programs as needed. Ensure distribution and/or collection of items communication with internal and external partners troubleshooting concerns all with timeliness and efficiency.
- Acts as the liaison with other HR partners and provides support and information regarding program and event planning to include creative collaboration financial and execution support.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
- High school degree or GED required.
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years in a customer service event planning hospitality role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
