The team

TheBusiness Performance & Operationsteam sits at the heart of how Liberis delivers results. We define what performance means turn it into a repeatable machine through clear goals and rituals and raise the performance bar across the company-from individual contributors to the Executive Team.

This is a rare opportunity to havecompany-wide impact: shaping how we plan make decisions measure success and build a high-performance culture as we scale. We work closely with the CEO and leadership team to make performance visible actionable and continuously improving-ensuring priorities translate into outcomes and standards keep rising.

The role

AsaBusiness Performance Manager you will play a pivotal role in building and operating Liberis performance engine. You will co-create and lead the execution of company-wide performance rituals-from planning andgoal settingthrough to reviews communications and outcomes-ensuring performance is visible decisions are high quality and action follows insight.

You will use performance data and insight to surface whats working whatisnt and what needs to change-driving actions that raise standards at an individual team and company level. This will include partnering with influencing and at times challenging senior leaders to ensure accountability and follow-through.

As amember of the CEO Office you will also support delivery of the CEOs top priorities particularly those related to internal performance leadership cadence and company-wide rituals.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution is comfortable operating with senior leaders and is motivated by building high-performing organisations.

What youll be doing

Build and run the performance machine

  • Co-create and lead execution of Liberis core performance rituals including planning cyclesgoal setting MBRs performance outcomes and company communications
  • Ensure goals cascade clearly from company team individual with strong ownership and accountability
  • Improve the pace clarity and quality of company-wide decision-making through better structure insight and follow-through

Make performance visible and actionable

  • Own performance reporting and dashboards that surface insight not noise
  • Translate data into clear narratives actions and trade-offs for leaders
  • Drive interventions when performance is off-track raising standards over time

Raise the performance bar

  • Use performance insights to drive continuous improvement at individual team and company level
  • Partner with leaders and the People team on performance outcomes including input into compensation and incentive schemes
  • Playa central rolein shaping a high-performance culture through the performance cycle

Member of the CEO Office

  • Support the CEO on top priorities particularly internal performance leadership cadence and execution discipline
  • Help orchestrate key company rituals and leadership moments
  • Act as a trusted independent operator able to challenge constructively when needed

What we think youll need

  • Experience in business performance strategy operations or Chief of Stafftype role
  • A strong operatormindsetdriven by impact able to build systems and make things happen
  • Highly data-driven with the ability to turn insight into action
  • A curious generalist who learns fast and joins dots across the organisation
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills including the ability tooperateindependently with senior executives and handle challenging conversations
  • Sound judgement-knowing when to go deep when to move fast and when to push for a decision
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure without over-engineering
  • Experience in fintech financial services or regulated environments is a plus but not essential

Our hybrid approach

Working together in person helps us move faster collaborate better and build a great Liberis culture. Our hybrid working policy requires team members to be in the office at least 3 days a week but ideally 4 days. At Liberis we embrace flexibility as a core part of our culture while also valuing the importance of the time our teams spend together in the office.
