We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Specialist at Caterpillar at Caterpillar you will have the opportunity to learn from and contribute to a cooperative team. You will assemble product and components and provide technical assistance in the Assembly Shop.* Works with manual and automatic tools to build sub-assemblies
To take on a technically challenging and operationally impactful role within our Assembly division. This position is ideal for professionals with strong mechanical expertise who can independently manage complex assembly tasks mentor junior assemblers and drive continuous improvements in quality safety and productivity.

You will work hands-on with advanced tooling diagnostic technology and heavy equipment systems while serving as a subject-matter resource for the team. This role also provides opportunities for leadership responsibilities and potential team lead assignments.
Key Responsibilities ความรบผดชอบหลก
- Lead and perform complex assemblies on prime products and major subassemblies using manual automatic and precision torque tools.นำทมและปฏบตงานประกอบขนสงบน prime products และ sub-assemblies โดยใชเครองมอแบบแมนนวล อตโนมต และเครองมอ torque แบบความแมนยำสง
- Independently troubleshoot diagnose and resolve mechanical hydraulic and powertrain issues using diagnostic equipment and technical documentation.แกไขปญหาและวเคราะหความขดของของระบบกลไก ไฮดรอลก และระบบ powertrain ดวยอปกรณวนจฉยและคมอเทคนค
- Oversee safe and efficient operation of material-handling equipment cranes lifting devices and specialized assembly tools.ควบคมการใชงานอปกรณยก จดการวสด เครองจกรยก และเครองมอประกอบเฉพาะทางอยางปลอดภยและมประสทธภาพ
- Conduct advanced testing inspection and validation of machines including operating the test cell adjusting critical components and documenting test data. ดำเนนการทดสอบ ตรวจสอบ และประเมนผลการทำงานของเครองจกร รวมถงการใชงาน test cell การปรบตงชนสวนทสำคญ และการบนทกผลการทดสอบ
- Perform disassembly rebuilds and component replacements for electrical accessories mechanical units and structural systems. แยกชนสวน ซอมสรางใหม และเปลยนชนสวนของระบบไฟฟา ระบบกลไก และโครงสรางตามทจำเปน
- Provide technical guidance and informal mentorship to less experienced assemblers to elevate team capability. ใหคำแนะนำทางเทคนคและเปนพเลยง (mentor) ใหกบทมงานทมประสบการณนอยกวา เพอยกระดบศกยภาพของทม
- Maintain a strong safety-first mindset while contributing to process improvement initiatives and quality optimization. ยดมนดานความปลอดภยเปนอนดบแรก พรอมทงสนบสนนการปรบปรงกระบวนการและการยกระดบคณภาพงาน
- May serve as acting Team Lead when required including coordinating workflow supporting training and ensuring adherence to operational standards. สามารถทำหนาท Acting Team Lead เมอจำเปน รวมถงชวยจดลำดบงาน สนบสนนการฝกอบรม และดแลใหเปนไปตามมาตรฐานการปฏบตงาน
Required Qualifications คณสมบตทตองการ
- Technical school holding High Vocational degree or equivalent background or higher degree in mechanical manufacturing or related discipline.วฒ ปวสม เทยบเทา หรอ ขนสงกวาจากสถาบนเทคนค หรอประสบการณเทยบเทาในสาขาเครองกล การผลต หรอสาขาทเกยวของ
- Demonstrated ability to interpret assembly blueprints technical drawings tolerances and mechanical specifications. สามารถอานและตความแบบประกอบ (assembly blueprints) แบบทางเทคนค คา tolerance และขอกำหนดเชงกลได
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical hydraulic and electrical systems. มทกษะการวเคราะหและแกไขปญหาของระบบกลไก ไฮดรอลก และระบบไฟฟา
- Ability to read and understand basic English instructions and technical terminology. สามารถอานและเขาใจคำสงงานภาษาองกฤษเบองตนและคำศพทดานเทคนค
- Proven communication skills with a strong record of teamwork collaboration and adherence to safety protocols. มทกษะการสอสารทด ทำงานรวมกบทมไดด และมความมงมนดานความปลอดภย
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with basic computer operations สามารถใชงานคอมพวเตอรพนฐาน (data entry diagnostics interfaces documentation systems).
- Previous experience in heavy equipment machinery manufacturing or a similar technical environment. มประสบการณในอตสาหกรรมเครองจกรหนก การผลตเครองจกร หรอสภาพแวดลอมทใกลเคยง
- Experience mentoring junior technicians or leading small teams.มประสบการณในการเปนพเลยงใหกบชางรนนอง หรอเคยมบทบาทในการดแลทมขนาดเลก
