Job Summary
- Lead the development and manufacturing of new mold insert spare parts in the precision machining workshop.
- Plan and prioritization mold insert spare part manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery quality and compliance.
- Provide continuous improvement in mold manufacturing process and develop technician competency.
- Lead and monitor expenses cost consumable and identify cost-saving opportunities in tool workshop.
- Lead activity/ workshop to improve quality and safety topics.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Mold & Die engineer/ Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related fields
- 5 years of experience in mold manufacturing.
- Advance knowledge for precision machining process EDM HSM Wire cut Grinding Laser welding
- Knowledge new insert spare part making and mold tool repair process.
- Able to us 3D NX CAD/CAM Solid work Inventer
- Root cause analysis Problem solving
- Good command in both Thai and English
